Hey everyone yesterday I spent the day at the pool and I got a great tanning and had a height relaxation day. It was sooo sexy! I also did two 45 minute sessions of cardio one in the morning and one later at the end of the day. I did not lift fitness yesterday but today I am going to train chest and arms. I am also going to do two 45 sessions of cardio as well. But first i have to get this apartment in order...it is a complete mess.

So here I am sitting in bed I just finished eating an oatmeal pancake. They are really good I put 1/2 cup of oatmeal and 1/2 cup of eggbeaters a splash of cinnamon and a splash of vanilla extract and put in the magic bullet and then cook it on a skillet w/pam and yummy!
